Tour Info

The price of all of our tours include food & wines as specify in the description of your chosen tour.

Bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, an umbrella (if rain is forecast) and a big appetite!

We ask that all food allergies and intolerances to certain types of food must be communicated to us at the time of booking. Please specify in detail your situation and we’ll do our best to try to accommodate your needs. If in doubt, please contact us prior to your booking.

All of our tours include wines. If you or someone in your party does not drink alcohol or is under 18 years old, we could also provide non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas, water or juices. Please do let us know beforehand if needed.

You can make additional purchases on any of the pre-established stops that the tours go through. Unfortunately we cannot stop in any other places.

Preparation

Reservations are required beforehand for all of our tours. We recommend that you book with time as we have a small group size policy and our tours usually fill up fast. All sales are automatically closed 12 hours prior the starting time of any of our tours. In case that you needed to do a last-minute booking after sales have closed, please contact us to see if there is any availability.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.

Yes babies and children under 10 years are free and welcomed. Any items they consume must be purchased separately. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing any child.

We use Stripe as our payment gateway which accepts all major credit cards.

Policies

As travelers, we know that a lot of unforeseen events could happen before your trip. This is why we have a flexible cancellation policy with a full refund up to 24-hours prior to the starting time of your tour, giving you a better peace of mind. Unfortunately, past this flexible cancellation time, no refunds will be issued.

We have a small-group policy in all of our daily tours. However, we can accommodate bigger groups upon request, please contact us to discuss the options.
