Culinary Paths emerges from the need of carefully curating awesome places to eat good food and drink outstanding wines among the countless options in popular European cities.

Our founder Javier, wanted to show his guests the same places that he would have taken his friends while visiting town. Places that he knew would not disappoint and reflected the true essence of the country’s food and wine legacy.

While pursuing this food and wine journey, he became a certified sommelier, bringing a new perspective to his thoughtfully designed routes. He is on a constant mission to share his knowledge and bring people closer to food and wines while just having fun.
